<p>The name the rice diet makes the diet sound like another gimmick.  This couldn&#8217;t be further from the truth.  Rice diet weight loss program developed at Duke University.  Dieters using the plan have had great success.</p>
<p>This diet is supervised by medical staff.  The diet can be adhered to for as little as two weeks depending on the needs and preference of the participants.  The diet, however, requires that individuals actually stay at the facility for the entire duration of the program.</p>
<p>The rice diet was created over 80 years ago.  The physician that created the diet was curious to see if certain that diseases would be affected by what we consume.  The doctor was hoping to find that by altering your diet, the progression of certain diseases like diabetes could be stopped or reversed.</p>
<p>The diet emphasizes rice as the main staple of the plan. It was observed that people, who ate a diet of foods where rice was consumed on a regular basis, enjoyed a life with few instances of hypertension, stroke, or diabetes. This can be seen in Asian countries where rice is eaten at almost every meal.</p>
<p>The dieters also eat lots of fruit, vegetables, fish, and rice.  The food choices are specific and limited, which leads to rapid weight loss.  Portion sizes also control. <p>Fitness and health have become buzzwords for today&#8217;s predominantly office-bound workforce.  We spend too much time on our duff, eating quick foods that are high in calories but low in healthful content.  We rarely exercise, and don&#8217;t take proper care of our bodies.  As a result, the state of health throughout the world is suffering.  But with just a few of the things I learned at this new web site, I was able to make a difference in my life right away.</p>
<p>So maybe I don&#8217;t get as much exercise as I should, but I do believe in eating properly.  I never was fond of fried foods, and like fast food shops even less.  For my own tastes, I will take a nice green salad most days.  And the flavour of a salad can change in so many ways, to suit my desires of the moment, just by altering the vegetables used, or adding a few bits of fruit. On of the goals of this site I found was to show people better ways to eat properly, and how the right foods can be more beneficial.</p>
<p>Did you know that just keeping the dust out of the air can help you be a healthier person?  I was amazed when I read an article about air purification, and discovered not only that, but that a majority of household dust is made up of human and pet skin cells.  After I saw that article, I bookmarked the site for later, and went out of to get the equipment I needed for cleaner air.  After that, I went back to the web site, though, because I really liked the way they presented ideas to me.</p>
<p>I fully believe that a healthy life is a better life.  And there are so many ways to make our lives better, from modifying how we eat, to getting the exercise we need.  But we should also take care to observe our environment, as well.  Did you know that a container of fresh water has stopped being fresh as soon as the seal was broken?  Or that having healthy feet depends on allowing them to get enough air flow?  I was really surprised at some of the trivial ways I could have an immediate positive effect on my life.  A web site that can provide that kind of information is a wonderful place to find.</p>
<p>This site wasn&#8217;t pushy or patronizing, either.  It was split up into sections, and each section was dedicated to helping us live better, healthier, fitter lives.  Certainly, when it comes to fitness there are a lot of opinions and ideas, and it&#8217;s is sometimes difficult to isolate the fact from the fiction.  The way this site handles the subject matter impressed me in how well they paid attention to the little details, and presented the kind of information I most needed to find.</p>
<p>Now, I know this won&#8217;t work for everyone, but I am so happy I have just got to mention it.  While looking through a health and lifestyle web site the other day, I came across a list of 4 simple tricks to improve my cardiac health.  It was really just a list of short exercises that can be performed anywhere, at any time, but they increase a person&#8217;s heart rate, and help to increase the conversion of oxygen into the blood.  No special equipment or dedicated time is required, and the results could be as large as a longer, healthier life.</p>
<p>The site was chock full of helpful hints, exciting revelations, and just plain old useful information.  In matters of exercise and fitness, they provided links to the best equipment, the cheapest alternative methods, and the planned routine to make it all work beautifully.  But the site also provided tips and suggestions that save time and build personal fitness, and offered ways to achieve great health without giving up the lifestyle we prefer to lead.</p>
<p>I was really glad to hear that I don&#8217;t have to sacrifice anything to be healthier and more physically fit.  I do have to be more conscious of my choices, and moderation is always a key phrase, but other than that, I&#8217;m free to go on doing things pretty much the way I always have.  It&#8217;s just that now I have a web site on my side that helps me understand what needs to be done, and how to go about doing it.</p>

<p>Imagine a flat stomach, with toned abs. To get that you would have to lose belly fat. Impossible, you say? Have you tried everything, but your pouch is still there? Let me tell you something, if you have been doing hundreds of crunches every day, but nothing else, I&#8217;m not surprised if you haven&#8217;t seen any results. That is the wrong way to go about losing belly fat. </p>
<p> Because of the way our bodies are made, you can&#8217;t just target one area of your body to try to lose some weight there. Your body must be looked as a whole. You will never be able to lose that stubborn belly fat if you are only doing crunches. </p>
<p> Working Out</p>
<p> Avoid getting in to a rut. If you are doing the same exercise the whole time, your body will get used to it, and will not be so effective. Try some exercises that will work your whole core, such as Toe Raises, V-Sit and Bicycle Crunches. These exercises are more effective, and will help you burn more fat, since they involve more muscles. </p>
<p> Also, don&#8217;t be afraid to use weights when you work out. You will not end up looking like the Hulk. Muscle tissue burns fat even when they are resting. So more muscles means more fat burned, and your belly fat will slowly disappear.</p>

<p>Dr.Young that heralds a diet that consists of 80% of food production 20% alkaline and acid producing foods will allow people to achieve their healthy body and a healthier life. Through his research Dr. Young has assumed that the optimum pH level of the human body is 7.35. The pH of the spectrum is 1 to 14, with 1 being very acid, and 14 being highly alkaline.
