Adding a little extra effort to your cleaning will greatly improve the calorie burning effect that you will receive. Be imaginative while you clean. Just think of the many variations you can come up with for dusting. The routines are endless.

Dont stop there. Once the house is cleaned you can work on the garage. And dont forget the yard work.
